The Eastleach Annual Parish Meeting takes place at 7.30pm 13th April 2016 at the Eastleach Village Hall an we would love to see all villagers at the event.
This year, following the Parish Council Chairmans Annual report, we will be opening the meeting to the Village Hall Committee.
This is the first time for several years that both the Eastleach Parish Council and the Village Hall Committee will have gathered together for an open meeting to which all villagers are welcome.
The main topic will be the village playground and the plans to replace and update the current facility. The playground equipment is in need of some maintenance and the Parish Council and the Village Hall Committee are to discuss their joint responsibility and fund raising activity.
The playground is an important focal point for children of the village and it’s their safety and enjoyment that is at the centre of the plans.
So please come and join us to hear the plans and have your opinion heard and noted.
