Eastleach Fete - Less than two weeks to go

Less than two weeks to go………………….

The good news is all the stalls are all allocated except we still need help with:

Skittles – a three man team is required (money/scorer, ball boy, pin boy). A team of volunteers would be much appreciated – Please call Nen and Roger Sutcliffe (850 239).

Car Park / Gate – two or three extra helpers required, for the start of the afternoon. Please volunteer if you can help – Please contact George Walker (850 122).

Teams of able bodied men and boys will be needed as follows:

Big Tent – David Godwin (850 382) will be arranging a team to put it up on Friday evening. Please help if asked.

Southrop Village Hall collection – Jim Speake (850 450) will be organising a team to load all of the tables and chairs onto Colin Medley`s lorry. A team of five would be best. Please let Jim know if you can help.

Saturday Morning Set Up – Stephen Wells (850 028) will be coordinating the distribution of pagodas, tables chairs, signs etc. Its a big job. Please turn up and help at 10.00 am if you can.

Maureen Bower would appreciate the usual donations for the Produce Stall (jams, jellies, chutneys, fresh fruit and eggs etc). Please contact Maureen direct (850 328).

We will be pleased to try to deal with any questions or problems.
