A man was seen on CCTV trying car doors in a small Cotswold village.
At around 2am on Sunday, February 17, a person, believed to be a man was seen on CCTV trying car doors in Stonesfield Close, Southrop.
Entry was gained into an insecure vehicle but it is not known if anything was stolen.
Police are warning residents to remain vigilant.
A police spokesperson said:
“Please be aware that someone has been going around at night looking for a soft target.
“Do not make it easy for criminals by leaving any valuable items in your vehicles and ensure that cars are locked at all times of the day and night when parked.”
