This special service, which has become a tradition in a very short time, is to celebrate our village and our community. It’s a very informal service – what is known in the trade as “God-lite.”
The hymns are chosen by villagers; the prayers said by villagers and the snacks and drinks in the churchyard afterwards consumed by the villagers.
It’s a great opportunity to get to know each other even better so please come along, especially if you are not a regular churchgoer.
And if it rains, we have the snacks and drinks inside the church.
