Police have attended a number of road traffic collisions and have received reports of flooding.
Please take care when driving in the current conditions and allow extra time for your journey.
Please clear all the snow off your car before setting off so the snow does fall off and cause cars behind to take evasive action.
Now we are in the winter months consider carrying a shovel, spare warm clothes, blanket and take something to eat and drink just in case you become stuck.
