It’s been a year since CHEQS Magazine became a community magazine - and what
a year it’s been! As we go into 2021, we may have hope that the vaccines against
coronavirus will help reduce COVID-19, but life will not be returning to ‘normal’ for a
while yet - and then there’s Brexit to add into the mix!
Welcome to the 11th edition of the new CHEQS Magazine! Your community magazine – supported by representatives of the five village communities, Coln St Aldwyns, Hatherop, Quenington, Eastleach and Southrop.

Welcome to the 5th edition of the new CHEQS Magazine! It’s now changed from being a church parish magazine, to a community magazine – supported by representatives of the five village communities, Coln St Aldwyns, Hatherop, Quenington, Eastleach and Southrop. To reflect that change, you’ll notice a few differences. Instead of having the vicar’s letter, we’ll be inviting a different person each month to write a short piece.

You may have heard that this magazine will no longer exist in its present form after the December edition.
To download the CHEQS magazine for March 2019, click here. As part of the South Cotswolds Team Ministry – we serve three villages in South Gloucestershire: Coln St Aldwyns, Hatherop and Quenington. Historically the churches at Eastleach and Southrop were part of our group, but they are now linked with St Lawrence’s Church in Lechlade.
