River Leach in the 1970’s - Eastleach Village

View of the River Leach in Eastleach from the road bridge down towards the clapper bridge ( known locally as The Keble Bridge ).

Causey Barn can be clearly seen across the river up towards the War Memorial.

I believe that this postcard is from the 1970’s , but this might be wrong, do you know ?

What is clear is how lovely the view was before all the self sown trees and scrub built up along the river and the field on the opposite bank.
