HOW TO GET INVOLVED IN GCM’S CHRISTMAS HAMPER PROJECT
Each year the Gloucester City Mission distributes hampers to our street friends, often the only present they receive. SCTM have been major contributors and it is hoped there will be many hampers to collect this year.
Suggestions for your hamper are a strong plastic carrier bag mince pies, cake, chocolates, sweets, small jar of coffee, small packet of tea bags, drinking chocolate, packet soup, small packet of sugar, pot noodles. Such toiletries as toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, flannel, deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream, razors. Such clothing as gloves, scarf, hat and socks along with a Christmas cracker and a card from yourself/house group/church.
For CHEQS churches please leave in the porch of your church – Coln (also vicarage), Quenington, Hatherop, Southrop or Eastleach by 2pm on Sunday 13th December. Any problems ring or Christine Wells on 07961 1883776 OR Jane Kidd on 01451 844748
