Each Church of England Parish is required to keep a roll of adherents who wish to be associated with the local churches and who consequently have the right to vote at important meetings such as the Annual Pariochial Church Meeting.
Every six years the roll has to be prepared afresh and 2019 is one of those years. This means that everyone who wishes to be included on the roll must complete a new enrolment form – whether or not they were previously on the roll.
